ROLE: Team Leader

POSITIONS: 2

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Maintain general ledger.
  2. Oversee accounts payable, payroll and accounts receivable.
  3. Manage customer invoicing and collections and royalty reporting.
  4. Maintain company and customer contracts and agreements.
  5. Perform monthly account analysis and reconciliation’s.
  6. Support monthly, quarterly and year-end audit and reporting process.
  7. Prepare sales and use tax returns, quarterly payroll and state and federal tax returns.
  8. Communicate and co-ordinate with functional management and other staff where appropriate, on the timing and integrity of the actual results.
Required Skills:
  1. Degree in Accounting, CA Inter or CA  a plus.
  2. 2+ years of relevant experience, public accounting experience a plus.
  3. Well-organized and able to work in a deadline oriented environment.
  4. Solid knowledge of US GAAP.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communications, change agent for process improvement.
  6. Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, analytical skills and results oriented.
  7. Proficiency with PC productivity tools (MS Excel, Access) and accounting software’s like QuickBooks & Peachtree.
