ROLE: Team Leader
POSITIONS: 2
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger.
- Oversee accounts payable,
payroll and accounts receivable.
- Manage customer invoicing
and collections and royalty reporting.
- Maintain company and
customer contracts and agreements.
- Perform monthly account
analysis and reconciliation’s.
- Support monthly,
quarterly and year-end audit and reporting
process.
- Prepare sales and use tax
returns, quarterly payroll and state and
federal tax returns.
- Communicate and
co-ordinate with functional management and
other staff where appropriate, on the timing
and integrity of the actual results.
Required Skills:
- Degree in
Accounting, CA Inter or CA a plus.
- 2+ years of
relevant experience, public accounting
experience a plus.
- Well-organized and able to work in a
deadline oriented environment.
- Solid
knowledge of US GAAP.
- Strong
interpersonal skills, effective verbal and
written communications, change agent for
process improvement.
- Strong
problem solving skills, attention to detail,
analytical skills and results oriented.
- Proficiency
with PC productivity tools (MS Excel,
Access) and accounting software’s like
QuickBooks & Peachtree.
